Shipping Terms

For any products purchased via our website, we strive to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we will provide an estimated delivery time. However, delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, and external factors beyond our control.

Domestic and International Shipping

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post. For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15-21 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. The delivery of the shipment is subject to courier company/postal service norms.

EASY CARE INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15-21 days from the date of order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. However, we are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities.

Delivery Process

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. We use reliable delivery partners to ensure that your product reaches you in perfect condition. For pest control services, our technicians will arrive at the scheduled time and perform the service as per the agreed terms.

Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated at the time of checkout for products. For pest control services, no additional delivery charges apply unless specifically stated.
